About the event
On February 13th, NOWA took part in AquaFarm 2025, the leading aquaculture expo in Italy.Thanks to the initiative of our Vice President Ilaria Bellomo and with the support of Politecnica delle Marche University, NOWA organized a dedicated panel on youth inclusion in aquaculture.
The session focused on the value of personal journeys, the passion driving career growth, and the importance of empowering young professionals — women and men — to shape a more sustainable and innovative future for the sector.
